This Grade II listed house was formerly two separate cottages that were combined into one at some time in the distant past. Our Clients approached us as the house was badly in need of updating and refurbishment. The brief was to retain the character of the existing building, taking into account the somewhat uneven nature of the floors and walls! Construction is currently underway on site.
